What You'll Do

• 
  

  Handle complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial or arbitration.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and motions.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage discovery, factual investigations, and case preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and trials.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct depositions and hearings as appropriate to your experience.

  Communicate directly with clients about case developments, strategy, and risk.

  Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex disputes.

  
  

What You'll Need

• 
  

  JD from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.

  
  


• 
  

  Complex litigation experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to obtain North Carolina bar admission within one year.

  Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

  Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and responsibilities.
