Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of calendar/tasks
• Meeting deadlines
• Client and attorney communications
• Management of report and client information in Sugar system
• Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
• Routine communications with clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from ABA-accredited law school
• Bar passage and admitted to practice in Arizona and resides in Arizona
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel
• Experience with prioritizing work and managing high volume workflow
• Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
• Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and individuals at all levels of the organization
