HireNow Staffing is partnering with a nationally respected law firm to find a Litigation Attorney for its New Orleans office. This is a full-time, non-shareholder track position that offers meaningful responsibility in active caseloads, particularly in tort litigation and insurance defense.

You'll be trusted to take the reins on cases, not just sit second chair. From motion work to depositions to strategy, your skills will be on full display.

What You'll Do

• Manage a busy caseload with minimal oversight

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions

• Prepare for and conduct depositions of fact witnesses and experts

• Handle discovery, hearings, and case strategy independently

• Support trial prep for cases in both state and federal court

What You Bring

2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or tort litigation
Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar
Demonstrated ability to manage cases with autonomy
Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Prior experience with trials is a plus
