Key Responsibilities of our Litigation Attorney – Environmental/Mass Tort

• Provide legal counsel to clients, offering creative and practical solutions to complex issues
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
• Manage caseloads, ensuring timely filing of documents and compliance with deadlines
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in law and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

  Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Litigation Attorney – Environmental/Mass Tort

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school, and 2-7 years of litigation experience
• Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Judicial Clerkship
• Medical Device and products liability experience on behalf of plaintiffs preferred.
• Superior legal research and writing abilities.
• Outstanding organization and communication skills.
• Professional, collegial, and team player.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
