What you will be doing:

• Ensure clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.


• Meet with clients to discuss their cases while showing compassion and empathy.


• Earn the trust, confidence, and respect of clients.


• Update clients on the status of their claims, demands, and offers.


• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.

Experience you will need:

• 2 or more years of litigation experience.


• Needs at least 4-5 first chair trials (civil)


• Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing.


• Experience in evaluating claims.


• Superb negotiation skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Team-oriented.
