Litigation Attorney (Medical Malpractice) - Personal Injury

What does it look like:

• Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances
• Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case strategies
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events, including our popular Friday happy hours

Compensation and Benefits package:

• $130 – 175k

What do I need to bring to the table:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation and/or medical malpractice-- required
• Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
• Demonstratable trial experience in complex cases
• Excellent negotiation skills – pushing back as needed
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities
• Written advocacy
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
