Litigation Legal Assistant - New Haven, CT - Urgent Position

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant in the New Haven area. The ideal candidate will have strong e-discovery experience, in-depth knowledge of full litigation lifecycle, and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into the full litigation lifecycle, from drafting and revising pleadings to managing electronic court filings.
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to prepare and manage trial exhibits, ensuring seamless courtroom presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with state and federal trial and appellate court rules, ensuring compliance at every step of the process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Proficiency in all aspects of e-discovery for both state and federal courts in Connecticut.
• Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and litigation software for efficient organization and investigation.
• Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
• Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effortlessly.
