ClouseSpaniac Attorneys handles a wide variety of federal and state civil litigation cases in areas such as personal injury, employment, habitability, premises liability, traumatic and catastrophic injury. Duties will include, but not limited to:

Prepare Memorandum of Costs, Request for Dismissal, Demand for Jury Fees

Drafting Deposition Notices and Subpoenas

Prepare Discovery Responses

Form Interrogatories

Special Interrogatories

Request for Production of Documents

Request for Admissions

Coordinate with expert to produce documents needed for reports

Summarizing Responses to Interrogatories, Medical Records, Billing Records, Employment Records

Indexing, cataloging and organizing discovery prior to trial, organizing trial binders

Preparing page line summaries (indexing) depositions prior to trial

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

Certificate of completion or degree in Paralegal Studies.

Experience:

Paralegal: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
