Litigation Paralegal

Roll Law Group PC, the "captive” law firm for The Wonderful Company, a privately held $6 billion company with over 10,000 employees and including such well-known brands as Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water, JUSTIN and Landmark Wines, and Teleflora, seeks a litigator with 3-6 years of experience.

The Paralegal assists attorneys with the day-to-day management of litigation cases and prepares legal documents and court filings. They support Roll Law Group in providing litigation and legal services to all The Wonderful Company's operating businesses as well as other entities. The position requires excellent judgment, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team- oriented mindset.

We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

• Assist with the preparation of court filings including, but not limited to, cite and fact checking legal briefs, confirming proper Bluebook citation, and assembling of exhibits and appendices.
• Prepare discovery documents, subpoenas, document productions, production logs, and privilege logs.
• Assist in the preparation of and attendance at arbitration hearings and trials.
• Assist with interviews of witnesses.
• Perform basic internet and legal research using Westlaw.
• Maintain and oversee the organization electronic and hard copy case files.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
• Experience with litigation software, including Relativity, Westlaw, iManage, and TextMap preferred.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
• Experience with Cite-Checking and Blue Booking preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written skills required.
• Fluent Spanish speaker preferred.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $67.00.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
