About the Role:

Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious personal injury and advocacy firm in Irving, TX, to find a high-level Senior Litigation Paralegal. This isn't just a desk job; it is a strategic leadership role designed for a legal professional who understands the "chess match" of litigation.

Our client specializes in complex motor vehicle accidents, trucking litigation, and sensitive cases involving employment law and sexual assault. They are looking for a powerhouse who can reverse-engineer a case from the jury charge up.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Case Architecture: Utilize jury charges to identify essential case elements and build petitions, complaints, and discovery plans that specifically target those requirements.

• Custom Discovery Management: Draft and respond to complex discovery requests from the ground up, avoiding boilerplate templates to ensure a bespoke approach for every file.

• Team Leadership: Serve as a mentor and quality-control lead for offshore paralegal support, ensuring all work products meet the firms high standards.

• Advanced Motion Practice: Analyze evidence and discovery gaps to independently draft motions to compel and other critical legal filings.

• High-Stakes Trial Support: Curate exhaustive trial binders and coordinate all logistical and evidentiary needs for court proceedings in both State and Federal jurisdictions.

• Deadline Oversight: Maintain absolute mastery over the litigation calendar to ensure zero missed statutes or filing windows.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy litigation experience on the Plaintiff side (Personal Injury required; Employment Law is a major plus).

• Superior drafting ability with a deep understanding of Texas law and Federal court procedures.

• You are a proactive problem-solver who can look at a case and see the finish line at trial, not just the next filing.

• Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX, 5 days per week.
