Litigation Paralegal

Palm Beach Gardens
In house position
Large national Property Developer and Management Firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Litigation Paralegal, preferably with some previous foreclosure or bankruptcy experience, to join them starting right away in a long term temporary capacity. The position could lead to a permanent opportunity down the road.
- Where: Palm Beach Gardens; this is an “on-site” position
- When: Starts ASAP– long term; the scheduled hours are M-F, 9am – 6pm, with 1 hr lunch.
- This position will be assisting the company’s General Counsel with paralegal tasks, related to foreclosure and bankruptcy matters
- Previous litigation experience is a must, any foreclosure or bankruptcy experience would be helpful, although is not necessary.
- Position is paying $28/hr while temp. Should it become perm, they are paying a fair and competitive salary.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure completion on or ahead of deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with outside counsel, internal departments, and management.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Should the position convert to permanent in the future, they offer excellent benefits and pay.
