Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law and be bilingual in Spanish.

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Bronx office. This role requires a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with a strong background in personal injury law.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and filing summons, complaints, pleadings, discovery demands, and motions
• Preparing bills of particulars and assisting with deposition preparation
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
• Meeting with clients to gather information and provide case updates
• Coordinating with attorneys and supporting trial preparation
• Handling fast-paced litigation workflows with attention to deadlines

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law
• Skilled in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and motions
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
