  • Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This involves organizing and maintaining case files, including all relevant documents, correspondence, and evidence.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research on case-related issues, including statutes, regulations, case law, and medical literature. Summarize findings and prepare legal memoranda to assist attorneys in case strategy and preparation.
  • Discovery Support: Assist with the discovery process by drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery requests, responses, and documents. Coordinate document production and manage document databases. Prepare and serve subpoenas as needed.
