HireNow Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Special Counsel to join a nationally recognized law firm with offices in Miami, Orlando, or Tampa. This role is ideal for a skilled attorney ready to step into a senior-level position, offering strategic litigation guidance and managing complex matters across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-stakes litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Provide senior-level legal counsel, litigation strategy, and case oversight

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations

• Supervise junior attorneys and collaborate with legal teams across offices

• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and client service standards

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active and in-good-standing license to practice in the state of Florida

• 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a large or mid-sized firm

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex litigation matters

• Experience mentoring associates or managing teams is a plus
