Job Description - Live Out Nanny Manager for a Family near Duluth




We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive nanny for a sweet family in Duluth with two little girls, ages 5 and 2.5 years old. The family is looking for someone who can help with morning routines and school drop-off from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, and then return in the afternoons from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM to assist with school pickup and after-school care. Since Mom travels frequently for work, the ideal candidate will be someone who can take initiative around the home—helping with light housekeeping, family laundry, meal prep, errands, and general household upkeep. The family is seeking a true team player who is proactive, dependable, and experienced with children.



Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–8:00 AM and 2:00 PM–7:00 PM



Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
