Responsibilities for Live-In Caregivers:

• 
  

  Provide various personal care services in a home health setting

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with daily tasks including meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping

  
  


• 
  

  Support client mobility

  
  


• 
  

  Document observed changes and report to the Director of Nursing

  
  

Requirements for Live-In Caregivers:

• 
  

  Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver or home health experience is required

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

  
  


• 
  

  Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile and proof of insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (assistance varies based on client mobility)
