LMAC Licensed Therapist - Youth

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor (LMAC) to join our team and provide impactful therapy and support services to children and adolescents in our community.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health and substance use evaluations for youth
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based      practices
• Deliver Level I & II outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP)      treatment
• Offer education and prevention sessions on substance use
• Coordinate referrals to residential or intermediate treatment when needed
• Support reintegration and aftercare services
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure effective,      wraparound care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Stay up to date on trends in youth mental health and substance use

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Current LMAC or LCAC licensure in Kansas (required)
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for making a lasting impact in the community

  Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree and current licensure in Kansas as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and master’s Level Addictions Counselor (LMAC), with preference given to clinical licensure.
