Step-by-Step Behavioral Health Services seeks a compassionate and experienced School-Based Therapist Supervisor to join our team serving the Full Service Schools (FSS) site in the Arlington area. The School-Based Therapist Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to a team of therapists delivering school-based mental health services. This role ensures quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and professional development of team members, while maintaining a small caseload as needed for clinical coverage or supervision. Position Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise and support a team of Integrated Mental Health Therapists.
- Conduct regular clinical supervision and performance evaluations.
- Review and approve clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Provide case consultation, especially on high-risk or complex cases.
- Monitor therapist caseloads, productivity, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with agency, licensing, and Medicaid standards.
- Lead team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in agency leadership and cross-department collaboration.
- Address staff concerns and provide coaching and performance plans as needed.
- Maintain a reduced caseload or provide direct services in emergency coverage.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using approved tools.
- Develop and implement individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with youth and families.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based methods.
- Maintain timely and complete documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care and consult with other professionals, internal and external to the agency.
- Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide community outreach and maintain professional contacts to support referrals.
- Maintain productivity targets, including new case openings and service delivery benchmarks.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with HIPAA and all confidentiality requirements.
- Complete mandatory training and attend required staff meetings.
- All other duties assigned.
Education and Experience
Must be licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC or LCSW with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the Florida Department of Education, or have completed all requirements for licensure submission. Minimum of five (3) years of experience in clinical service delivery and minimum of one (2) years of leadership experience required. Experience with Electronic Health Records,
