LMS Administrator/Training Specialist

We’re seeking a Training Specialist to support our GMP training programs and manage our Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training assignments, curriculum updates, and reports in Cornerstone LMS 

• Maintain and process GMP training records with accuracy and compliance 

• Support learners with navigation, troubleshooting, and training logistics 

• Work with large datasets and reports to track training metrics 

• Facilitate training sessions as needed 

Hourly Rate: up to $34/hr

• Experience as an LMS Administrator (Cornerstone OnDemand strongly preferred) 

• Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments a plus 

• Strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and communication abilities 

• Degree in Education, Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience (Nice but not needed)
