LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on behavioral health, crisis intervention, and workforce development. This role requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, community organizations, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer addiction counseling and crisis management support to clients facing various challenges.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with community resources, including Section 8 housing programs and child welfare agencies, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Conduct crisis intervention sessions as needed to address immediate client concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in workforce development initiatives aimed at enhancing community mental health resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Will take local candidates at travel rate

Pay: $52.73 per hour
