Load Securement Specialist

You will collaborate closely with your team to identify coverage needs and plan for the day. You will work at one of our customer facilities ensuring that glass loads are properly and safely secured prior to departure.

• Facilitate the loading and securement of preloads of glass, along with general freight for drivers.
• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure that teamwork and safety remain a top priority.
• Maintain a safe environment by reporting all accidents and incidents directly to your supervisor and safety department.

• Proven communication skills to ensure that all load information is communicated in a timely manner.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work in inclement weather.

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a yard jockey/moving and docking trailers.

• Prior experience securing glass or other freight.

• Salary: $20- $24 per hour, decided based on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; Second shift (4:00pm - 2:00am).
