Loader Incentive-2nd shift | Cooler & Freezer

• $17 Base + $1.50 cooler freezer pay + .75 shift differential (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.)

• 2nd shift, FT, Start time: 4:30 p.m. until completion. , Schedule: 5 days on/2 days off (Facility closed on Saturday)

• Start time and schedule will be finalized with the team and shared prior to extending an offer.

You will contribute by: 

• Load full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack.

• Inspect trailer for damage before loading.

• Utilize RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets.

• Wrap pallet and stretch wrap.

• Operate battery changing hoist.

• Keep work area clean.

• Complete inspection forms on equipment operated.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Specialized Knowledge : Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.

• Special Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Physical abilities: : Never balancing, sitting. Occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (Must have fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment). Occasionally smelling, crawling, kneeling, and talking. Occasionally, feeling, fingering, gripping and carrying up to 60 Lbs. Frequently lifting up to 60 Lbs. Continuously stooping, pivoting and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.). Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete. continuously handling hearing, seeing and repetitive movement using both hands and feet.
