• Receives instructions on material movement.

• Loader will ensure Crusher and associated plant equipment remains filled with feed.

• Loader Operator will communicate with Scale Operator which product and quantity to be loaded on incoming trucks.

• If truck is under weight, Loader Operator will add product/material to truck while still on scales.

• If truck is under weight, truck will dump material and will be reloaded.  Loader Operator will move dumped material back into stockpile.

• Railcars:  Loader Operator will communicate with Scale Operator for railcar to be positioned on correct loading site and load railcar.

• Housekeeping:  All working areas will be kept clean and maintained properly.

• Any other job duties assigned by management.

• Mechanical – Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs and maintenance.

• Can anticipate, recognize and respond quickly to unexpected variations.

• Problem solving skills.

• Control Precision – The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.

• Understanding of logistics.

• Self-motivated and able to multi-task .
