Position: LOAN ASSISTANT

Location: Saline County

Think of this role as the engine room of the lending team, you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also helping our customers sail forward with confidence. From processing new loans to supporting renewals and gathering key documents, you’re the go-to expert who brings order to the details and clarity to the process.

You’ll collaborate daily with Loan Officers, Loan Operations, and customers to make sure every “i” is dotted, every “t” is crossed, and every loan is handled with care. What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree in business-related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of business office work experience. Previous lending related experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, web-based technology, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Service-oriented, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Location: Must be located within 30 miles of Saline County or willing to relocate

Availability:

·         Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
