Our Origin Story
The "why" behind Multiply Mortgage is fundamental to understanding our purpose. We began by offering an affordable line of credit secured by private tech company stock, helping employees fund significant life events—whether buying a home, paying tuition, or celebrating a wedding—without giving up equity or waiting for an exit.

Many of our customers used this credit to purchase homes, inspiring us to launch a mortgage product tailored to their needs at a reduced cost. This offering quickly gained traction and became the centerpiece of our company. Today, we partner with companies to provide our mortgage products as an employee benefit, supporting them in attracting and retaining top talent in competitive markets.

Through these partnerships, we offer discounted mortgage rates and deliver regular Financial Wellness seminars. These sessions educate employees on homeownership, financial planning, navigating life events, and other key topics. Opportunity Overview
As the first point of contact for company partner mortgage clients, you will:

• Assess current and future client needs and connect them with the most suitable loan advisor at the right time.

• Guide prospects through preparation for home buying or refinancing.

• Maintain ongoing communication during the client’s contract to ensure they receive exceptional, white-glove service.

• Create and present educational content to company partners on financial topics and life stage events.

This salaried position includes an incentive program and is hybrid, with an expectation of in-office presence three days per week.
