Loan Doc Administrator

Description

Summary: Responsible for preparing loan documentation for consumer, commercial and agricultural loans. Files new UCC’s and monitors existing filings. 

Eligibility factors:

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed
• Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations
• Has a strong commitment and dedication to internal and external customer service
• Must be extremely confidential
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of problem solving ability
• Must demonstrate above average attention to detail
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines to insure quality service
• Must be proficient in understanding and operating computer systems necessary to support Lending Division

Requirements

Skills/education/experience required:

Associate’s degree (AA) from a two year college or university; or related accounting, banking and loan experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Attention to detail necessary.
