Responsibilities
To assist members with their consumer loan needs, analyzing loan requests and making credit decisions based on credit union lending policy and within regulatory requirements. Interview members and potential members to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and long-term financial plans and underwrite the loan product to meet their needs. Manage loan delinquencies. Cross sell credit union services to meet those needs and goals to include referrals to other departments. Assist members with other products and services including new accounts, account changes, wires, or other member requests or branch needs. |
