Loan Officer - DSCR Specialist

Park Place Finance, a leading direct, nationwide private money lender based in downtown Austin, is seeking experienced private lending loan officers to assist with our 30 year DSCR program.

With nearly $2 billion in loans closed since we started in 2006, Park Place Finance can close quickly in 2 weeks or less for your clients needing long term financing, without the hassle of a traditional loan process.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in 30 year DSCR lending and conventional lending. Training, CRM and marketing support provided.

• Assisting with finding, originating and underwriting new prospective borrowers who are looking to fund rental properties
• Taking an accurate, thorough application
• Sending and reviewing term sheets with borrowers
• Presenting at various events the benefits of using private lending
• Prospecting potential clients via phone
• Assist with servicing issues that clients may request

• 1+ years experience in the hard money and conventional space (required)
• Bachelors Degree (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Proven track record of no less than $1M per month in conventional, non-QM, DSCR loans (required)
