Position Overview: We are seeking an individual who is motivated, service-oriented, and ready to contribute to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have the skills and drive to provide exceptional customer service while managing and growing a loan portfolio for small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with small business clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.


• Grow and maintain a loan portfolio, demonstrating solid analytical and lending skills.


• Communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally.


• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, with enthusiasm for our community.


• Work in-bank to engage with customers and build meaningful relationships in person.

Qualifications:

• A degree in banking, finance, or a related field.


• Previous lending experience, with a proven ability to manage a loan portfolio and client relationships is ideal.


• Officer titling is based on experience (Officer, Assistant Vice President, Vice President)


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.


• A genuine interest in contributing to the success of the local community.
