Loan Ops Specialist - Post-Closing

As a Loan Operations Specialist in our post-closing area, you would be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of documents and transactions related to loans after funds have been disbursed to the customer.

Job Duties and Primary Responsibilities

• Images all loan documents.


• Uploads loans into bank’s core system


• Records liens on collateral.


• Reviews loan documents for accuracy.


• Posts transactions to accounts and performs maintenance requests.


• Maintains loans by clearing loan documentation exceptions, tracking collateral insurance, and processing paid out loans including releasing collateral as needed.


• Assists internal and external customers.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.


• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
