Responsibilities & Duties

• Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy


• Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel


• Administer Loan Disbursements


• Review various loan reports


• Process data changes as needed


• Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy


• Review UCC reports


• Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents


• Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates


• Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Required: Ability to understand complex legal documents.


• Required: Basic computer skills.


• Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.


• Required: Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.

The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 annually - $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits 

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
