Full-Time | Background Investigation Required

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking loan processing and clerical professionals at all experience levels for a potential opportunity supporting the USDA Rural Development Servicing Office in St. Louis, Missouri.

Whether you are early in your career or bring years of experience, we are building a team to support a high-volume federal loan servicing environment that serves rural communities across the country.

About the Work
The USDA Rural Development Servicing Office, established in 1996, serves as a national hub managing more than 185,000 active Single Family Housing Direct Loans. The office is responsible for servicing, payment processing, and ongoing loan management for borrowers nationwide.
This is meaningful, mission-driven work that directly supports rural homeowners across America.

As part of this team, you may support:
  • Mortgage servicing and payment processing
  • Financial transactions and accounting support
  • Document imaging and records management
  • Mail operations and administrative support
  • Compliance-focused loan processing

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive, compliance-driven work with accuracy
  • Clean background and ability to pass a federal background investigation
  • Professionalism and reliability in a structured office environment
