Loan Processing Support

NEWITY is America's Small Business Marketplace, focused on empowering entrepreneurs with access to trusted solutions. We are looking for a Loan Processing Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in document review or data entry type of work. Experience in lending or finance is a plus, but not required. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a dynamic environment and that wants to break into the lending space.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review business documents and input data to complete credit review template

· Pull borrower documents from third party sources and organize for underwriting and processing team to review

· Prepare borrower applications for submission to underwriting

Qualifications:

· Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Teams, OneNote on a day-to-day basis

· Comfortable in dynamic, high-volume environments

· Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Effective time management and self-accountability

· Comfortable using HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus

· Able to multi-task under time pressure

· Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges

· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

· Comfortable working and learning independently

Base Rate: $22.00 per hour
