Loan Processor

We are looking to add a Loan Processor to our expanding team to facilitate commercial and consumer loan administration, with loan servicing and post-closing activities in accordance with regulatory requirements. 

Duties:

• Onboard new loans and loan modifications into the FiServ system based on the credit presentation and signed loan documents
• Prepare, organize, and scan loan files
• Process customer loan payments and transfer requests
• Prepare and process wire transfers for loan advances
• Perform file maintenance on loan accounts
• Prepare payoff letters and process loan payoffs by preparing releases and closing out the loan files
• Review daily participation reports and process payments to participants
• Review and pay real estate tax escrow payments for various counties
• Assist with initiating appraisal and environmental report requests as part of loan due diligence 
• Answer customer questions regarding payment issues and other various loan questions
• Assist with compliance and risk management duties as required
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of the FiServ banking operating system is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proper phone etiquette
