Loan Processor

Prime Home Lending is looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our in-office team in Southfield, MI. This role requires at least 1 year of processing experience. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing
• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender guidelines
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and clients
• Order and follow up on third-party documents (title, VOEs, HOI, payoffs, etc.)
• Ensure all documentation is properly submitted and deadlines are met
• Maintain pipeline and follow up on outstanding

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of loan processing experience 
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, disclosures, and processing workflows
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using LOS systems (e.g., Encompass, LendingPad, etc.) preferred
• In-office availability (this is not a remote role
