We’re known for delivering a seamless mortgage experience and building strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals. This processor role supports a top-producing loan officer in Atlanta and requires a hybrid work schedule, with time spent both in-office and working remotely.

 Responsibilities

• Review and analyze third-party documents (appraisals, titles, homeowner’s insurance, VOEs, etc.).
  
• Process FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional loans.
  
• Manage loan processing for Georgia and other states while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  
• Disclose and balance with title companies in accordance with TRID regulations.
  
• Proactively communicate with borrowers and loan officers by phone and video to gather documentation and provide updates.
  
• Collaborate closely with our Atlanta-based team to ensure smooth transactions and outstanding client service.
  
• Be part of a dynamic team environment where processors often step in to cover different parts of the loan process outside the typical scope of responsibilities.
  
• Adapt quickly to new technology, changing processes, and evolving industry standards.
  
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ mortgage processing experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional loan programs.
  
• Familiarity with agency guidelines and TRID compliance.
  
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and mortgage processing tools.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• Comfortable working directly with clients on phone and video calls.
  
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some in-office time in Atlanta.
  
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
