As a Loan Service Specialist, you provide administrative support to our Loans Department. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a team-oriented focus, and a desire to learn and grow with a professional organization.

$19.00+ per hour, depending on experience.

Eligible for discretionary bonus. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Paid Time Off, 401k w/match.

We need you to:

• Provide exceptional “hometown” customer service
• Collect and maintain records and documentation
• Minimize errors and losses and demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Stay up to date on rule changes and regulatory guidelines.
• Learn and utilize multiple information processing systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a professional environment required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Proficient in computer skills.
