POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist department personnel in completing daily loan servicing duties including processing, updating, filing and maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.

DUTIES:

1. Distribute interoffice mail
2. Scanning-remove specific documents from post-scanning packages and organize
3. Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
4. Maintain new note log
5. Financial Statement tickler updates
6. Process Credit Life & Disability Insurance transactions
7. Update & maintain participation wire spreadsheet
8. Process AgriAccess transactions
9. Balance General Ledger Accounts, daily
10. Assist with projects and reports
11. Perform other duties as assigned

RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Responsible to Loan Servicing Manager for the fulfillment of functions assigned 
2. Will have contact with customers and FFBT staff on a regular basis 
3. Accuracy and attention to detail is required
4. Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Normal office environment
2. Extended viewing of computer screens
3. Repetitive hand and arm movement
4. Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
