About the Role
We are currently seeking a Loan Success Partner to join our dynamic team! This position is ideal for experienced mortgage processors looking to grow their career, as well as new college graduates eager to enter the mortgage and financial services industry. As a Loan Success Partner, you’ll play a key role in guiding borrowers from application to closing, while maintaining compliance with all lending regulations.
This is an in-office position at our office in Roswell, Georgia, where you’ll be part of a supportive team that values accuracy, communication, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Process mortgage loan applications from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties.
- Gather and verify financial documentation from borrowers.
- Ensure timely completion of all required processing steps and contract milestones.
- Clear conditions and coordinate closely with the underwriting team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for each file.
- Assist clients in understanding loan terms and documentation.
- Keep current with lending regulations and mortgage industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Success Partner OR a bachelor's degree.
- Salary is dependent on skills, experience, and education with bonuses offered based on performance.
- Prior mortgage loan processing experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan processing systems.
- Understanding of lending products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
Spanish speaking is a plus!
