Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about the automotive industry? Patrick BMW is looking for a reliable and energetic Loaner Car Coordinator Assistant to support our service team and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour / Monday – Friday 9-5:30 with Saturday’s as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing the loaner vehicle fleet, including check-in/check-out procedures


• Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling with service advisors


• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before and after use


• Maintain accurate records and documentation


• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask


• Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus
