Loaner Car Coordinator - Porsche South Austin

Porsche South Austin is looking for a Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals!

Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:
• Greeting clients that are in for service
• Preparing the loaner agreements and reviewing with customers
• Recording all the loaner fleet information
• Coordinating with Collision Centers with damaged vehicle repairs
• Filing insurance claims on damaged vehicles
• Filing loaner agreement documents
• Coordinating with Valets gas in vehicles and car washes
• Inspecting vehicles for damage.
• Coordinating with the valets to have loaner cars brought forward for customers
• Staging cars in the afternoon for the following morning.
• Documenting the loaner usage and shuttles for Porsche Warranty reimbursement
• We currently operate with around 40 loaner cars in the fleet and approximately 4 loaner appointments a day.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Valid Driver's License
  

Physical Requirements:

• Good hand-eye coordination.


• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.


• May lift up to 10 lbs.
