LOANER CAR COORDINATOR/SERVICE ADVISOR TRAINEE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Loaner Car Coordinator / Junior Service Advisor to join our service team. In this dual role, you will manage the dealership’s loaner car fleet and support service advisors by helping to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full service advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the loaner vehicle program, including vehicle check-in/check-out, inspections, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and condition
Assist customers with loaner agreements and explain policies clearly
Support service advisors by preparing repair orders, updating customers, and managing workflow
Communicate effectively with technicians and service staff to ensure timely service updates
Uphold dealership standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer experience

Pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on level of experience in this area.
