Lexus Carlsbad is currently looking for a Loaner Car Representative with outstanding customer service skills. This position involves greeting and directing customers to the appropriate parties, and will be responsible for the daily process of loaning out and checking in loaner cars to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Manage the check-in and check-out of loaner cars accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Keep all loaner vehicles clean, well-maintained, and accounted for

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up proactively on any customer needs or concerns related to loaner cars

  
  


• 
  

  Help customers with Bluetooth and Navigation system questions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Hertz/Enterprise to speed up the loaner process when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Handle incoming Service department calls with professionalism

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a polished, professional appearance

  
  


• 
  

  And take on additional duties as they come

  
  

What You Bring:

  High school diploma or GED preferred, plus 2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/experience

  Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail

  
  


• 
  

  A professional demeanor and appearance

  
  


• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
