Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet of loaner vehicles for GM and CJD


• Check customers in/out of loaners


• Thoroughly handle any damaged loaner with customer or insurance


• Work with management on new loaner acquisition and grounding


• Send a daily email with updated loaner status for both fleets


• Manage any other assorted duties regarding loaner vehicles 

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality with customers and employees


• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment 


• Excellent phone etiquette and typing ability


• Time management skills


• Fantastic communication skills with customers and employees 


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.


• Clean driving record


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
