As a Lobby Attendant at Marriott Orlando Downtown, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests feel valued and comfortable upon arrival. You will maintain the lobby area’s cleanliness and organization while providing exceptional customer service that reflects the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage as needed


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area at all times


• Assist guests with directions, information, and special requests


• Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations


• Monitor lobby supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service


• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
