Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the hotel lobby and public areas during the evening hours. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while responding courteously to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas throughout the evening.

  
  


• 
  

  Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors and other assigned areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and maintain public restrooms, elevators, hallways, entrances, and common areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Empty trash and replace liners as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Replenish restroom and public-area supplies.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean glass doors, windows, tables, and lobby surfaces.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor public areas and report maintenance issues or safety concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist guests with reasonable requests and provide excellent customer service.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate guest requests and public-area concerns to the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or public-area cleaning experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent guest-service and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  Ability to bend, push, pull, lift, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.

  Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
