ABOUT THE POSITION...

As the Lobby CSR, you will be responsible for helping our patients find the right DME products that fit their individual needs. You will process orders in both cash and through insurance assisting the customer through all the healthcare red-tape. We will teach you to be an advocate for the patient. We will train and educate you on our products and services and provide you with all the tools you will need to best serve our patients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

• Making recommendations on equipment, answering questions about our products, and making sure patients have everything they need.
• Managing and setting up new accounts in Bright Tree (our customer database).
• Performing Intake and Order Processing
• Communicating and following up with customers regarding the progress of their orders.
• Ring up customers at the register
• Smiling kindly and providing excellent Customer Service

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED….

• A strong “people personality” with empathy and patience to work with our aging population
• Customer service experience
• To Treat customers and co-workers like family
• To be flexible and accommodating to our clients
• Experience/understanding of basic medical terminology is a plus but we can teach you this
• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A desire to have fun at work and be part of our Family

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS…

• While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
• You will frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
