Clean and maintain hotel public areas during the evening shift, ensuring established standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met. Duties include cleaning the lobby and other public spaces, removing trash, walking and maintaining exterior areas, and checking the parking lot and hotel grounds for cleanliness and safety.

Provide regular evening support to the laundry operation, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and stocking linens and towels to help maintain adequate inventory and prepare the housekeeping department for the following day.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, including delivering towels, linens, amenities, and other supplies to guest rooms.

Report maintenance deficiencies, safety concerns, and unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel areas. May assist with guest room cleaning or other housekeeping duties when operationally necessary.
