Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,400
• CPM Pay (based on experience):
  • 0 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 12–36 months: $0.58 CPM
  • 37–60 months: $0.60 CPM
  • 61+ months: $0.61 CPM
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Unload Pay: $55 per trailer
• Weekly Mileage: ~1,100 miles
• No short haul pay

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Daily / Nightly
• Both Day & Night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Consistent, year-round operation

Freight & Equipment

• Refrigerated freight
• Electric pallet jack required
• Driver assist
• Multi-stop deliveries
• Slip seat operation
