Position Overview

This is a full-time position requiring a 30-32 hour work week. Includes full-time benefits, but features a condensed schedule designed to support work-life balance. Perfect for drivers who appreciate a combination of routine and variety in their weekly schedule and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Ideal for anyone eager to cut back, yet still passionate about driving and staying active. 

As a Local Fuel Delivery Driver, you’ll train to safely transport and efficiently deliver fuel to our valued commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers in NE Wisconsin. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations while strictly adhering to DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. This role is an opportunity to build strong professional relationships with customers, while proudly representing the company in a positive manner. 

• Local Green Bay and Neenah routes – home daily
• Day shift, steady hours
• Supportive team environment
• Mondy – Friday
• Rotating Weekend shifts

Employees are expected to be productive during working hours and to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization. Opportunities available for additional hours by helping with grounds and facility maintenance, receiving training to assist in our warehouse operations, loading semi-trailers for lubricant routes, and exploring cross-training in various other areas of the business.

Starting Pay: $28-30 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL required
• No manual transmission restriction on driver’s license
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Capable of climb into and out of truck multiple times daily
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong safety record and clean driving history
• Available for weekend rotation
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations
• Commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to complete delivery documentation

Preferred (but not required)

• Class A CDL
• Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements
• TWIC card
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience
• Fuel delivery, tanker, or liquid bulk hauling experience
